Marshmallow update on EE? (UK)

Have you tried plugging your phone in to Samsung Smart Switch to see if it sees an update for your phone?

It doesn't make any difference - S6 edge on EE (UK) - still showing version as 5.1.1

Yes edge plus and edge I'm in the Midlands.

I read that ee possibly released it a month and a bit ago but pulled it due to issues.

Mines not got it. I have a theory that if its not released it may push people to the S7 Edge. I only want it for the improved Edge functions really.

Did come close to buying an S7 but can't warrant it.

I did read that it can be possibly updated via Odin but not sure on network operator models if this can be done. If anyone's knows.....

Otherwise I guess we wait.
