It's been quiet the past two days regarding the May software update. My guess is some of the non-U.S. countries start getting it late next week.

Never mind got it yesterday May patch AT&T S22 Ultra 5G Snapdragon 512GB Firmware S908USQS2AVDC bootloader 2.
Assuming Verizon and T-Mobile got same as AT&T
