NEED HELP! Just got my MT4G about a week ago and had to dl Touchdown to get my work e-mails due to security. I am not able to view ANY attachments not even PDF. I also dl a Tiff Viewer and I still can not just touch the attachment and view it? Anyone out there having the same issues..... and calling T-Mobile, forget it they're as clueless as I am.

Did you download adobe reader, because i have no trouble viewing pdf from touchdown

Another option is to ask your IT. There may be something in the security settings that they have in place that could be preventing you from viewing these file types. By default, the MyTouch 4G shouldn't have any issues viewing attachments.

I would start there if nothing else works. They may be your best resource.

Also check that in touchdown advance settings your email download size is set to something large enough mine is set to 20kb but if yours are larger you may want to adjust that

TIFF2PDF - Android app on AppBrain

TIFF and FAX viewer - lite - Android app on AppBrain

See if either of those work. you may have to pay to upgrade if it works well for you

I apologize, did you the free version work before you purchased it ? you can get a refund for the app
