Media Wakelock Draining Battery

I installed Badass battery and saw that apps were using 89.8% of the battery usage. Out of that, 71.2% is "Media". There have been 4 wakelocks, which I presume is what is causing most of the battery drain I'm experiencing. It says Media includes Downloads, com.sec.android.providers.downloads, Downloads, DRM Protected Content Storage and Media Storage.

Any suggestions for what is causing the wakelocks? I looked at the Downloads app and there is no data at all and no cache.
