Morning all.

Quick question re medication reminders - something I used a lot on iOS.

I just cannot get the option to appear in Samsung Health. I’ve googled it, tried the whole 3 dot thing to add to the list - the only thing that appears in the list is cycle tracking - which I removed as I don’t need.

Any help or suggestions - UK user?

Thanks

I didn't know that this is an option in Samsung Health.

Anyway, I Googled and got the same results you did talking about the 3 dots and like you it wasn't there for me either. So I opened the app and looked through all of the settings and didn't find anything. Then I found it on the main page, the page you end up on just by opening the app. For me it's just above Blood Pressure near the bottom of this page.

I tried multiple times to attach a screenshot of this but something seems to be preventing this.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Definitely not there for me. Above blood pressure I have water intake and below, blood glucose.

Anynother suggestions are welcome, but in the meantime I'll contact samsung.

I'm in the USA and see this.

Thanks.

I’ve been on a chat with Samsung support for over 30 minutes now. According to them I should see it. Deleted/reinstalled app, cleared cache, rebooted phone - all to no avail!

Can I just check what country you live in? Thanks

I'm also in the US.

Do you have a VPN? I don't know if the Play store or something that you can use like other services where if you just show that you're in another country you have access to other things but if you're not seeing it in your UK version I wonder if you might see it in the US version.

Thanks for all your replies.

If it’s not available in the UK I would have expected the tech advisor to say that straight of the bat, but they didn’t and have scheduled a virtual call for tomorrow so I can show them the issue. If it turns out to be not available in the UK the tech advisor needs rebooted.

WRT a VPN, I may give that a try 👍

VPN doesn’t appear to make a difference.

Downloaded Surfshark, set USA (New York) as my location, cleared the cache, rebooted my phone - nothing. Then deleted the app, rebooted phone, reinstalled app - still nothing.

I give up.

Sorry to hear that. Well, at least 'til you can hopefully get it sorted, you can set multiple alarms, 24/7, with a special 🎶 chime 🎶... that signifies the alarms' for meds.
