Posting here asking for the device to get updated will get you nowhere. Your best route is to contact the manufacturer using their customer service contact for your country or region. Unfortunately, if it hasn't gotten KitKat by now it likely won't get it.

Go to settings>about>system update. If lollipop is there.. That means you can update to lollipop.. But if there is no update of lollipop.. Then you have to manually update your device.. By rooting it.. And installing custom rom. But remember.. Rooting voids your device's warranty.. And I'm not responsible for any damage..

Help you with what? If you read the rest of the thread, posting here will get you nowhere closer to getting an update for your phone. If Panasonic has not updated the phone, you will need to search out unsupported methods for updating (ROM through the xda site) but those come with risks.

Please read the entire thread, your best resource for the update for your device is Panasonic, IF they update it. All indications are that it will never be available as an official update, you'd have to go with a 3rd-party ROM to get Lollipop.
