To update go to system settings -> about - > system update, if Lollipop software update is available then update your device other wise do it manually...

I want to update android 4.4.2 but I can not update .

Kit Kat is the most recent version unless yours is a 4g variant which came with Marshmallow as stock. There are no updates for this device
