Re: I'm getting a "File System Limit" message on my phone
Looking up the general specs on your phone,

it apparently does have some inherent issues that you should take into account, chiefly it is running a modified version of Android so when it comes to general usability it 'might' run into problems that are more or less unique. Android Go is a highly tweaked variant of Android, with lots of optimizations made at a firmware level so it will run more smoothly on low-spec devices.

I have no clue if that 'File System Limit' message you're seeing is in any way relative to the fact that Go is modified or if it's just matter of there is some issue where there's an over-abundance of files residing in your phone's internal storage. The latter isn't likely as ext4, the file system your phone's internal storage is formatted with, can actually handle file counts in the billions:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ext4
so there's probably some kind of Go-related limitation involved. (Keep in mind, that 'too many files' reference is not just about how many files/documents you have saved on your phone, nor how many apps you might have installed. You also need to realize the installed operating system itself is made up of literally millions of individual 'files', plus every app relies upon its own config and settings files, which may consist of only a handle of files or thousands depending on how complex the functionality of the app. So there's an issue of the 'total' number of files that might be in question. Also, don't factor in file size as being notable in any way. A video file might be GBs in size and a text file just a few KBs, but they are both 'files'.)
Offhand, this 'file system limit' message is puzzling and I'd attribute it to Go but that's just idle speculation. It's something of a hassle but back up your files and data, do a Factory Reset, and restore your files and data and see if that makes any difference.
You might want to try using Samsung's Smart Switch utility to do the backup and restore. You can use it to make a full back up of your user account and data, and it makes doing a restore a lot easier than manually copying files back and forth. There is a caveat though, your particular phone model nor Android Go is listed in the site's compatibility listing:

If Smart Switch doesn't work with your phone, it's still really important you have some kind of backup solution implemented anyway. If there are files and such that only exist on your phone, that's a big risk as any smartphone just isn't a good source for long-term storage of data. The OS can get corrupted or the phone itself being so portable is prone to theft or loss so backups are important.
