How do I deactivate device security plug in on my techno spark 5

I brought the phone online from someone on jiji, I had to change the screen and brought screen guard, new phone case and flash the phone.
I didn't get to use the phone for a month before it got lock, have been trying to unlock it since, I tried flashing it again it, the technician said it can't be flashed that I would have to pay up loan and I didn't take any loan. Please what can I do?

Are you saying that you bought a phone which may have been sold to you fraudulently?

Welcome to Android Central! You most likely can't, since it's locked by the security software that was there to ensure prompt payments for the phone. We don't allow discussions about trying to bypass this kind of security. Your best bet is to talk to Rent-A-Center and ask if they have any way to remove that security software.
