Hlw frnd, I'm Nakul my contact no. [removed] frnds mere pas Coolpad note 5 mobile ek din isme setting mai se fingerprint lock ka option ka gayab h gya i did reset again n again but fingerprint lock r not come back I am very sad pls any one help me

Why finger print unfortunately stopped

In my mobile coolpad note 5
The finger print locker was not working and system shows
The finger print locker was unfortunately stopped
what can I do for this?
Give me some solution for this

We have no solution to this problem. Contact the manufacturer's customer support.

Just go to lock screen&setting - tap on screen lock option- and select option "None". Then the message will appear that this will disable pattern as well as finger lock(Just click OK). Now done. Now you can make new finger scan as well as new pattern or slide lock. Hope this will resolve your issue.

Fingerprint app is missing and sensor not recognised

Hi, I'm using Coolpad Note 5 for above 1 year. Suddenly fingerprint app is missing in my device. Then fingerprint sensor also not working. Please anybody tell me the possible solutions to solve this problem...

Contact the manufacturer. Others have had the problem and we have no solution here.
