Hlw frnd, I'm Nakul my contact no. [removed] frnds mere pas Coolpad note 5 mobile ek din isme setting mai se fingerprint lock ka option ka gayab h gya i did reset again n again but fingerprint lock r not come back I am very sad pls any one help me

missing fingerprint application

I dont understand why my coolpad note 5 got suddenly fingerprint application missing. And i cant the fingerprint application anymor and its not working. And i got to see so many people facing this problem with coolpad note 5 cellphone. And i dont get to see any responds from customer service. [impolitenesses deleted]

I think you all ought to contact the manufacturer’s customer support for advice about this. Since no solutions are forthcoming from members, there isn’t much point in other posters posting further about the same problem, but I’ll keep the thread open in the hope of feedback from those who do seek such advice.

How to get back my finger print scanner in coolpadnote 5???

Few months ago in my coolpad note 5 finger print scanner system app was working and suddenly one day the app was disappeared,what to do??? I have tried all your advices like safe mode,reboot etc. will you plzzz help me???

As I’ve suggested in another thread about the same issue, contact the manufacturer’s customer support. There is nothing more that members here can go to help.
Feedback on @B. Diddy’s suggestion would have helped, but none has been forthcoming.

hi I have purchased coolpI3600 7 months ago through amazon or flipkart not sure. that is not a concern though.
today 14th feb 2018 my screenlock option through fingerprints suddenly diassapeared from settings. I have been using screenlock and for any app I was used to unlock the app and screen thorugh fingerprint password.
but suddenly don't know what happened all vanishes out. I tried to reconfigure the fingerprint password but don't see any option there in security and logons under settings which was there before today.
kindly help. I have tried factory rest and still its not working.

I don’t know that we have one. Try contacting the manufacturer’s customer support.
