Hlw frnd, I'm Nakul my contact no. [removed] frnds mere pas Coolpad note 5 mobile ek din isme setting mai se fingerprint lock ka option ka gayab h gya i did reset again n again but fingerprint lock r not come back I am very sad pls any one help me

Without feedback to suggestions already made, this thread is going nowhere. I'll close it therefore, and suggest contacting the manufacturer's customer support.

Why is my finger print app missing?

When I do the finger print touch at the back also it doesn't respond any and my phone won't unlock, and also the finger print app missing from my phone(Coolpad note 5)

Are you saying that it's not an option in the system settings, under Lock Screen & Security?

I merged a number of similar threads together. It seems like this is a common issue with Coolpad phones. The best thing to do may be to contact Coolpad themselves and see if they are aware of the issue.

fingerprint sensor is not working

in my coolpad note 5, the fingerprint sensor is not working. if i go to the settings and check then there also i did not found any option for the fingerprint setting.

We've had posts about this from others. There seems no obvious answer. Contact the manufacturer's customer support.

I have a Coolpad note 5 mobile phone ...just now the fingerprint app missing from setting ...it is a in bulit app can help me
