It is quite simply the interface which you use when you make a phone call, nothing sinister, whatsoever

Why does my Android 5.1.1 Astro A935 tablet show com.android.incallui in my activity manager, same as her husband's phone? Messenger also shows up. It has no mobile network connection, only a WiFi connection. It doesn't even have a texting app installed on it, but it has 2 different mobile connection apps that aren't connected to a mobile network...

It is the little program that handles what the phone does when you are in a call. Like when you touch a button or turn something up or down. User interface, it "tells" the phone what to do like an interpreter.
It doesn't care if your call us international or local...

Welcome to Android Central! CallUI or InCallUI is the user interface while you're in a call. It's normal.

I'm seeing the same thing on my boyfriends browsing history including the home and messaging part but idk what they mean or why it's in his history. Is there any reason for me to be concerned as silly as it sounds? Thanks

My activity logging app shows activity by incallui app when I know I am not using phone. Why?

Like I said I check my logger app before bed and after I wake up. I see the incallui app was started while I was asleep and the are no incoming or outgoing calls listed? Is someone hacking my phone, forwarding or intercepting my calls or phone?

Welcome to Android Central! InCallUI takes care of the user interface while you're in a call. It's a normal part of the Android system.

Can't find the app in my apps but runs a few times daily and says it was accessed by a remote user???
