Memo -transfer information

Hi I have a Samsung Galaxy mini GTS5570. I use Memo. I have typed up quite a lot of information into the Memo icon section. I would like to transfer this information to somewhere more permanent, perhaps onto my PC or the SD card. I would also like to email one memo in particular but don't know how. I would appreciate your help. Thanks chriscl
