Message Not downloaded

Since kit kat, when I receive a text on the default messaging app, it doesn't download the file/pic and says "message not downloaded".
Any ideas?

Goto your default messaging app in "Application Manager" and clear cache. See if that works. Do this on any messaging apps you use. No guarantee's, just worth a shot.
