Message not sent: service not activated on network. - 5T on AT&T

Group texts do not seem to work for me. I can receive them, but my replies do not go through. It fails to send and gives me that message.

I have tried using Android Messages as well as Textra, but it fails on both. Has anyone else had this problem? Any other suggestions?
