Message on new phonenot registered on network?

[AC Question]

Have set up the phone with new SIM card and phone is now registered with tracfone. Emails are being received and network is working. Followed instructions I read online about turning phone off, removing sim card, then putting back in and turning phone back on but continue to receive the network message. It is a Samsung Galaxy J5 unlocked GSM LTE phone.
