Messages sending but not being received by other person?

Also, sometimes the other person sends me a message and I don't receive it? Honestly have no clue what's happening. My carrier is AT&T if that matters. Thanks!

Welcome to Android Central! Is it only one contact that does this? If so, is that person also on AT&T? Have you asked AT&T about this issue?

It's mainly people with iPhones I think. I transferred from an iPhone. No they are not. And no not yet but I plan to

And did you completely deactivate your iMessage account before changing from the iPhone? Issues with texts after moving to Android from iPhone? Here's an easy fix! | Android Central

I had this issue. Installed Google messenger and that fixed it.
