Messaging App

I switched to Google messenger but it can't schedule messages. When I try to switch back the only choices are Google and Hangouts. How do find the native message app without a factory reset. Or is there a great messaging app you can suggest?

Click on the messaging app icon. It should ask you if you want to make it through default app.

What was your default messages app before you made a change? Who is your carrier?
