Messaging not working in Moto X Play after downloading version 6.0, any solutions?

messaging not working in moto x play after downloading version 6.0

i have downloaded version 6.0 on my moto x play. everything working fine except messaging. I am feeling handicapped because of this. any solution to fix this problem?

Hello Prakr, welcome to the forums! What kind of error do you get? Have you already tried clearing cache for the messaging app and then reboot your phone?
