messaging problems

Hello , I dont know if any ones having the same problem as me but I keep getting the same message from the same person by text quite frequently. The text may have been sent by her a long time ago but she definitely has not been sending me this and I have even looked at her phone myself and there was no sign of the message. Please will someone help me out to fix the problem or tell me if they are having the same or similar issue. Thank you jade

Yup. Its a network issue. Sprint users who have a home booster are especially prone to duplicate messages. Don't factory reset your phone or do anything crazy...what provider do you have? What phone?
