MetroPCS network not being detected

I took the SIM card out of my Moto g4 and placed it in my g5 plus, but when i went to find the MetroPCS network in the settings, it didn't show up, despite this phone being compatible with MetroPCS. I've tried changing the APN, but nothing ive tried has done it, anything i can do?

Bring it to MetroPCS. Ask them for assistance.

I agree, take it to a Metro PCS store. I bought a G5 Plus for my son-in-law to replace his broken phone. We swapped SIM cards and could not get it to register on their network. He took it into the store and they did something (I wasn't with him) and had it up and running within minutes.
