Mha-l09 / mha-l29

Ready to replace my Nexus 6 and this is probably top of my list at the moment.

I am in the UK (on EE).

I know the MHA-L09 was the UK specific one (available from carphonewarehouse etc) and the L29 an import but apart from the plug, warranty and the dual SIM on the L29 are there any other differences I can expect - thinking.....:
ROM / firmware
Updates
Application compatability (i.e. banking apps, android pay etc)
