Mic not working off speakerphone AGAIN!

I love my phone but it went bad 25 days after buying it. I'm a Verizon rep and went through HTC repair center in Texas to get it fixed. Got it back perfectly working again. Now 2wks later same Damn issue! Zero Drops and in 2 different cases.

It's the same phone they sent back, and not a replacement? I wonder how good the repair job was. Or could there be something you're doing that might be affecting the mic? Like some activity where moisture ends up getting into the mic area?

Yes, it was the exact same phone. I did this because I take care of my devices and didn't want someone else's problem.

No moisture has even been near the phone. I think it may be a loose connection. After having been the issue and of course restarting the phone nothing happened differently also after factory reset.

I tapped it in the case yesterday and it began working again and has?!
