Micro SD cars not accessible

Sometimes al apps that are stored in the sd card are not accessible from my samsung s4;the icon of that apps appears like an empty file and I need to restart the terminal to get access again
I tried to slot out and in again the sd card but it happens again after some time
In last week it happened like 3 times
What could it be?

It could be that the SD Card has corrupted data. Try saving some picture or music files to the SD Card and see if they work OK after a few days or have problems. If they have problems, it's probably a bad SD Card.

I have more than a thousand pictures on the sd card and they work just fine
