Microphone level while recording video

Is it possible to lower the microphone sensitivity while recording videos? I took a few last night at a concert and the audio is completely garbage because it was so loud.

Man, Ive been looking for an app or volume control same as you with no luck.

I was looking all over as well and just by luck found that the disco ball app in the market has a microphone sensitivity adjustment setting that I think will work simultaneously with the camera if you have both open (I havent tested it yet though) anyway check it out .. might be worth a shot.
