Microphone on the watch

Have the Bluetooth version watch. When someone calls I answer the phone by using the watch. I can hear the person that called but they can't get me. When I first got the watch everything worked perfect. Don't know what happened. Is there a way to check microphone settings? If so where at? Anybody else having this problem?

Make sure you haven't accidental lower the volume?

Or perhaps the watch needs an update? Pull down from the main screen and check volume there. Make sure nothing like airplane or dnd mode accidentally got touched
