Microphone sound

I have been told by a few people I have called, that I sound like I am on a speaker phone or sound hollow or tinny. Has anyone else been told this? I would just like to know if this is common or if my phone is bad

I have been told the same exact thing by several people. I think I am going to take it back before the 30 day period is up...Very Frustrating.

Do tell ? what good is a phone that has speach processing issues ?

Swap it out if your having that issue. I dont have that issue on mine.

Update! I took the phone back to Best Buy to exchange and they asked if they could look at the sim card first. After he removed it we looked and there was a micro scratch on the contacts. He said the g4 card is very particular and he has had to replace several cards. After he put in a new card it worked perfect. BB does seem to have some knowledgeable people.
