Send them a copy of the picture. The deal with these is that you have to make sure that all the I's are dotted and T's crossed. I had one sent back to me because I didn't circle the item on the receipt.

They show a picture of a SanDisk on the promo website but not sure what class. It shipped out of Santa Ana, which is very near me.
