There never really was a "pre-order". T-Mobile basically just released it and I ordered it online that same day. Like the 27th.

Same here. What I meant was did you order it before launch. I ordered on the 28th. And I think both of my submissions are still pending.

Same here. I think I should have sent two different files instead if 1. Everyone seems to have sent two files. I was just trying to save time by having both the receipt and IMEI on one file.

So I'm guessing mine isn't going to get approved. Or they're going to run out of supplies by the time they get to me. Which sucks.

Actually I just checked again and the T-Mobile one was approved. LG still pending. Lifts a weight off my shoulders knowing I used the right documents. Phew.

Good luck. There is an 800 number for LG but not the promotion dept. They can't be spoken to directly apparently.
