I have a 256GB in my phone which is 512GB. My Tab S5e is 64GB though. I have a 256GB card in that too. My Surface Pro has a 256GB SSD and a 256GB microSD. I am contemplating either putting it in my Tab S5e or my Surface Pro.

I doubt it will actually be bigger than 32 GB.

Yeah. Right now I'm rocking 768GB of total storage; 512GB internal and 256GB microSD card. I have approximately 520GB of combined unused space. That's half a freakin' terabyte of space!

I have the same amount. I travel a lot and like to watch and listen to music and books on my 12 to 30 hour trips. Too expensive to pay international data rates for entertainment.

Yeah. I do it for domestic travel too. I live in Hawai'i, it's a minimum five hour flight to anywhere.

300 quid is still a lot for an SD card though, you could probably get 4x512gb Samsung cards for the same price

True. I'm betting prices will come down even farther. Maybe the $200 range before Christmas. The price range for 512GB cards is sub-$90 right now.

No. Its through Tokopedia (Amazon of Indonesia) i was tempted to buy it, but it doesnt have 275/100 speeds. Not saying i need the 275/100 speed but to be more future proof.

And my current SanDisk UHS-II Extreme Pro can do 275/100 but the phone doesnt support so it does lower xD.

One if the reasons I was sold on the Note 10+ was that the base model came with 256GB storage (UFS 3.0 to boot) and I would not have to worry about space before my next upgrade. Not only is local storage faster, it's infinitely more reliable than memory cards. I've killed at least 6-7 with light day-to-day use, most of them were Samsung Evo's

That said, the prices posted by OP are pretty good

Interesting. I have never had a Samsung Evo fail on me. I have had several Sandisks and a PNY fail though.

Expect prices to come down even more in the next couple of weeks.

Actually, its owned by Western Digital. Sandisk had a major quality control problem a few years ago; especially with its 128GB cards. I had three 128GB microSD cards fail in rapid succession.

I went to a local Best Buy store at 5pm, the evening before Black Friday...total insanity there. I picked up a fast Sandisk 512GB micro-SD card for around $64.00.
