So Microsoft recently released Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for Android tablets ( also Outlook preview). Anyone that needs to view documents should find these are good, very smooth to use. You need a Microsoft account to do any editing/saving, don't know the details further since I didn't bother with the account. I could view large Word files (~40MB, 40 pages) without problem. Didn't have any bigger ones. Excel you can type things in and create without an account but not save. So for those who still use Office this is a good option for viewing files and editing with an account.

Microsoft Office is what the business world uses so it is good to finally see Office on Android. However it looks like a lot of the more advanced capabilities have been left out. So if I'm actually doing real work, I'll be using my Office 365 subscription and I'll be logged in to my Microsoft account on my Surface Pro 3.
