Google has something called Chrome Remote Desktop.

CRD gives a Chromebook (the "client") very robust remote access to a Windows PC (the "server").

To a limited degree, the client and server roles can be reversed if one of the devices is a Chromebook. For years, users' pleas for those limitations to be removed have fallen on deaf ears. I believe that's still the case.
