MIDI Voyager 5.4.12

I've made a new freeware MIDI Voyager version (5.4.12) based on a cracked and modified Pro 5.4.11. I removed unused resources and updated BASS libraries so that it can be used on almost all Android devices even without Google Play services as license verification has been removed.

In addition, the broken-sounding default soundfont (8Rock11e) has been replaced with a much simple Scratch 2.0 soundfont.
