Is anyone else having trouble pre ordering on VZW's site? I go through my verizon and get to the add features page and it won't let me get passed that. Get the spinning clock...been like that all day so far??

Preordered a white 64 GB S6 (non edge) today around 11 am. Shipping on the 10th. Wondering if it's just the gold ones going out in May.

So are we actually going to get the phone earlier if we choose overnight shipping? I'm fine with paying $15 if it means I get it a day earlier, but I don't want to give them an extra $15 for no reason.

When i placed my order for GS6 G4GB Black, I was given an option of overnight delivery for 12.99 or free 2 day shipping.

It's odd that everyone is getting different information. I was told originally that I would get free overnight shipping if I order online, then didn't even have the option and now today a rep and a supervisor told me that is because 2 day is the only shipping they are offering but I will still receive it overnight. Doesn't make sense, I don't think they know what they're talking about.

I am pretty sure that's happened in the past where it shows that, but it arrives on launch date. They have them sitting ready to go so they'll ship on the 8th to arrive on the 10th. It is odd that some people have an overnight option. Must be some difference in regional ordering systems.

I paid the 14.99 hoping that I would get it on the 8th or 9th. It worked for before with VZ with an iphone and maybe another phone in the past I think. Worth the gamble for me if I get it a day early or better yet if it keeps me from having to wait another weekend.

It is weird that people are getting different online options. I ordered online and was given the option for overnight ($12.99) or priority overnight ($14.99). I selected priority overnight because I lack patience.

I'm thinking that the people that get in the earliest and get the overnight option get it a day early. When all of the overnight slots are filled they drop the option.

It means that they are already backordered. Don't expect to get it on 4/10 if it says 4/17.

How could they be backordered when I pre ordered a couple minutes after 3:00AM when the pre orders opened up?

I just spoke to another online rep and this one said that the phone will arrive on the 10th, sometimes a day earlier, no matter which shipping method you choose. Obviously they don't know for sure, but I like hearing that more than the "It will ship on the 10th" that they were telling me before.

Either way, If you were given 4/17 as a date, don't expect it any earlier. I don't want you to be let down.

On Verizon's website I ordered and overnight shipping was an option for $14.99. I chose it.
