Million Dollar Question - What color?

I went with the Orchid Gray S8 + after checking it out at BestBuy. I've had black for the past few years and wanted a change. The silver was a bit too shiny for me. I got a clear Spigen case to show off the color and two more black Spigen cases to alternate with or in case I get tired of the gray.

Was gonna go with black but saw the orchid grey in T-Mobile store tonight and decided to go with it. Looks really nice! Has a gunmetal look to it which I like.

My 7edge has this nice double layer clear protective case-ill definitely probably look into a similar for the S8Plus

It should've been called smokey charcoal. Maybe then you and others would've seen the majestic color we all see.

I'm sticking with the Midnight Black. Hope UAG makes the Midnight Black Monarch case for it.

That's not the "Midnight Black" version. I'm hoping UAG will make it though.

I went back to bestbuy today. I cannot recall a more difficult color decision on a phone in my life. Both black and orchid grey are awesome. Orchid grey looked especially good tonight. However, I do maintain that with the black version the bezels completely disappear making the phone itself look a little more streamlined/sleek/smaller. Black does look a touch plasticky, but I am sticking with it.

Also, I was looking at the regular s8 and what a package that is for people who don't want a bigger phone. They have squeezed a giant screen into a tiny phone and it really looks great. What a device for the masses.

I will be sticking with the + however!

Same here. I almost always go black on my devices but the orchid color really impressed me! If I do get the S8 down the road, I'll most likely pick orchid or black.

I'm really amazed at how many people have chosen the Orchard grey colour. I must be in the minority since I don't really like it. The Blue and Black colour appeals to me much more maybe the colour in real life looks better than on Samsung's website.

Changed my mind and ordered the black lol. If T-Mobile hadn't screwed up my JOD order and it didn't take 6 different times to get it processed then I would have probably ordered the orchid grey on Tuesday when I was at the T-Mobile store. Really like how the black looks and even the sides of the phone are black...makes it look really sleek. Orchid Grey looks great but Midnight Black looks better.

There were a few rare moments where I had my Note 7 without a case. One of the best times I had with that short time I had that phone was at was standing in the ocean taking pictures with that thing of course I could keep my hands above water but it got a little bit of splashing occasionally and was perfectly fine
