Mini arrived! 8/21

Tell us about the battery

Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 4

It's a little too early to get a full picture, but my first day's results are so far:

8h 38m 57s on battery with 67% left. I wouldnt take this number to heart just yet as it takes a few days to let things settle, but things are looking good! (especially considering how often I'm playing with this thing..)

14h 46m 49s on battery with 33% left. Bursts of intense use and idle, on wifi the whole time.

Using Motorola Connect to avoid having to check text messages on phone is pretty nice. Non-Google Voice SMS was the last missing piece of being able to manage my phone pretty much 100% via the web.

Here's the green LED (which seems to be tied to e-mail) with a little extra showing of active notifications.

That's fantastic. Thanks. Very visible. Looks much like the led on the razr m.

Also, I notice when the active notification pops up, the top and bottom of the screen didn't seem to illuminate at all... just the area with the notification. I know it's supposedly an LCD but it seems like they did something there to reduce battery drain. Nice.

That's not all - the blacks are super black...and the active notifications come in colors too, depending on notification source (not just all white on black). I want to say this screen is OLED, but I'm not an expert so I'll just have to see how this all pans out. Either way, Motorola has a fantastic device on their hands..
