Diztronic is much more pleasant to hold (soft) whereas the body clove has a hard grip pattern, almost sharp at spots.
The diztronic is elegant and sophisticated, and toes well with the S3.
The body glove feels like the hard plastic texture a black & decker drill case is made of.
