I can't remember if this happened after the 8.1 update but I noticed the "g" in shutting down or restarting are cut off. This is minor but it looks jank. I did a hard reset and I'm still having this issue. I also had an issue with browsing in Chrome there were little lines on my screen and I would just have to move around webpages and they would eventually disappear. It seems the hard reset has remedied that problem at least. I've attached a photo below.
