Miracasting video camera screen onto tv?

When using the camera, is there a way of sending what you see on the phones screen to an external screen like a big screen LCD? Would using a miracast dongle work? Anyone tried this? Thanks guys and gals

I use Google Chrome Cast. It uses Wifi. Buy it from Office Depot for $35.00. it hooks to your HDMI port on any flat screen TV and then on any device down load the Google Chrome cast home app free from the play store then follow the on screen directions on your device. The only problem is that it has got to have a good Wifi signal. Thanks J.P.
