Misaligned cursor in text field

Occasionally, when composing text (noticeably in these forums), if I need to go back to edit a word or phrase, the cursor won't align with the pointer (read "my finger"). It may appear a few words/spaces away or on a different line altogether. Has anybody else had this happen? Any known fix?

I've had this happen to me, using Dolphin, when using forums. Haven't noticed this issue in any other apps however. It can get a little frustrating.

This was happening to me but the motorola 45.3.6 update that I received today seems to have fixed it.
