MISC files virus Tencent, safe to delete tmms_files & yamato, how do I rid of?

In the MISC files I deleted Tencent, and after downloading Trend Micro and malewarebytes, I have the files tmms_files and yamato. Can I delete them? What are they for? I've ran malewarebytes and trend micro and they found no viruses or anything.

It could be some kind of message cache folder. You can probably just delete it, if it is a system folder it won't allow you to get rid of it.
