Miss Dialing or Bug?

I have a similar situation to the recent SMS Bug acknowledged by Motorola. When in the "recent calls screen" I will select a number to call and sure enough a different number gets dialed. In the beginning I thought it was "user error" but have since kept a close eye on it. It occurs often and I had chalked it up as "user error" but now have confirmed it is not "user error". Has anyone else experienced this?
