Missing Messaging Follow Up Alerts

I am not sure what it is called, but on my Galaxy s5, you were able to set messaging th send an alert every x minutes, until a message was opened. For some reason, it is not available on my Galaxy s6 Edge. Any way to get this back or are there plans to add it back?

Check notification reminder under accessibility settings.

Thank you, that is a very unusual place to put it. Even the Samsung rep didn't know.

I changed the setting as explained and it did not function as expected. There were no follow up pages.

I use the "missed call reminder" app , can be used to remind you of missed calls, sms and mms with selectable tones and time intervals

I can do that, I am just wondering why it doesn't work. I would prefer to use what is supposed to come with the phone.
