Android Central Question

Galaxy note ultra 5g. So this morning I woke up with notifications as most of us do. When I pull down the shade from the top of the screen, it's empty and says no notifications. Tried restarting, obviously. Tried a couple of different connections (network and two wifi). Thought it might be nova launcher so I disabled that but the issue persists. Can't find anything about it on Google.

Hi, thanks. Yeah I see them on my lock screen and up in the system tray (if that's what it's called) but when I pull it down there's nothing.

Just to make sure -- when you pull down the notification panel, did you also try scrolling through the panel? If there are a lot of things in the notification panel, the notifications you're looking for might be farther down.

11, yeah. One ui 3.0. Carrier is xfinity mobile. Can't remember if my phone is unlocked or not. I checked imei.info but I don't see anything about it's lock/unlock status when I submit my imei.

How do you go about clearing cache in recovery?

Nice crow avatar!

Not sure there's anywhere to scroll to. I'll include some screenshots of what I'm seeing.

Is it possible that Good Lock or any similar Samsung app could cause that kind of issue?

Another possibility could be a security/antivirus kind of app.
Good lock not working on andriod 11 yet
But yeah definitely security or anti-virus

Uninstall it completely and reboot the phone , double check any app cleaners , antivirus , and other apps
