Missing time-stamps from pictures

has anybody tried to import N4 pics to a PC and have them separated by date in different folders?
it works, but not always, actually from 200 pics, 89 appears not to have the right time-stamp (uses the day of import instead)
seems quite random which have timestamp and which not... a bit confused on how to solve this, otherwise is a pain to sort pics in pc

Turning on geolocate will put more data into the file
