Just flashed the KickassKernelTeak and noticed that things are a bit snappier when moving around the home screens, (that and the 1950-2000 Quadrant scores that SuperChargedJ mentioned) while undervolted at 900mhz. Impressive!

Well hopefully our bump to 1.9.2 dropping in devices starting today will continue the fixes as per normal for us that got skipped on 1.8.2.6 last week. Here's this weeks changelog...

I keep seeing in the forums that 1.8.5 is a popular one, any reason why? Anyways, the only fix I'd really like is 720p playback.

I just like getting updates...lol and yes 720p would be nice to have especially with all these Futurama episodes I have to catch up on.

WTF? 1.8.19 is my choice! I don't use my phone as primary video so I can't speak there. EVERYTHING else I need is flawless. Besides the Apex bug that tempts me!!

According to Frankies twitter he had some internet service issues and schoolwork. Wow I feel old. Although the update has hit some MOTO devices just not us and the D2, same as last week so lets see by tomorrow night.

Some ppl were un-necessarily beotchin over at MIUI about not getting updated again. Luckily someone turned it funny again. Im sensing an issue deeper than normal if the X is falling behind. Wonder what it could be? I've been picking up on OMFGB rants saying they are faster than MIUI. But how could they really know? Thats like apples and oranges to a degree.

Do you know what format Photobucket videos are streamed in when viewing thru the Photobucket app? It says in the Help that selecting to view/download images could affect performance and download speeds. In the Youtube app I have it set to play in HQ by default.

Word is that Framework is working on updating MIUI to the Gingerbread kernel so that updates can happen automatically.
