Glad my video helped . If you can't tell, I am really impressed with MIUI. I'm not sure I've enjoyed another rom this much. To whoever was asking about using LPP or ADW (or even Go) Launcher with this rom, I really believe it improves on what is already an awesome rom. Like I mentioned in the video, the iOS style laucher is so hectic with no app drawer.

If your interested in a popular alternative voicemail (free texting as well) try Google Voice. It will put it to words as well.
Note: I flashed Imoseyons hack and it took if anyone's interested, yes I'm a Imoseyon fan boy..

So I here there's a camera patch for CM7 camera, would that work fOr MIUI? (trying to get 720p back)

Why not? It's free visual voicemail. You never even have to give out or use your Google Voice number.

Good to hear. I'm wondering if I should make a thread about my review so more people will see it. I think there's still an overall notion that Miui is only for people who don't mind iOS style UI which is obviously false.

The only thing I've noticed in respect to the usb is that most times I have to connect it twice before they recognize each other.

Thanks, I tried that initially but a reboot and then doing the double connect worked. Thanks again, and nice Vid Dude!

Miui is a 2nd init rom just like cm7, so you need to be on the froyo kernel before you can install it.

I'm surprised by the battery life here, unplugged the phone at 6:15am and at 7pm I'm at 48%, not to shabby.

(Pandora via wifi for about 2 hours or so, little conversation on the phone, some playing w/ themes, Twitter updating every hour, couple of Tapatalk updates, some email dropping)

Agreed on the battery life. Good to have a rom that gets u thru the day. Even charges faster to 100 usin the wall.

The battery is getting better. 12 hours and still going strong after unplugging at 5am. Sitting at 63%. Unclocked as well.

I'm running rooted Gingerbread, and i am wondering if there is anyway to download and install this without having sbf. I am at work and don't have the ability to install such programs on my computer. I can do it when i get home, but i was just wondering if it is possible for me to get this done now......any suggestions?

You have to sbf back to stock Froyo so you could install MIUI. You can't go from Gingerbread to any 2 init rom.
