Thanks for the update, u know my craziness, I just opened my TBH app and was about to tap it,lol

If you follow the thread theres a link for just the radio, I might just try it, with a back up of course!

EDIT: Word is that it's a GO! as soon as I can mount my phone to my computer I'm flashing this!

Now that is cleared up, something I want to discuss via MIUI. If you hold the Home clickie you will get an App Killer tap option in the Recent window that appears. When tapped, a flash screen appears on the screen telling you how much "memory" App Killer killed and how much available memory you have in MB values. The values change each time you do this. When you tap App Manager instead, you can see what is under Running and see different used/free RAM values at the bottom. Im not sure what Im looking explanation wise, but which values would be best at least to pay attention to?

Current test values
Internal App Killer(long press Home button)
15.2MB recovered
182.1 Free
Immediately after, tapped App Manager to get:
173MB used/170MB free

Thoughts?

just loaded this rom.. clean, sleek, fast, awesome.. with a minimal kinda touch to it..
but now i am loading apps and i cant seem to find Bank of America App for Froyo

anyone using miui/froyo able to dL BofA mobile app?

I had to remove my Google account associated with the market when I added the account back my missing apps were back. BoA was on of my missing apps.

It's like any other app killer, as soon as you kill it they come up again and start, nothing wrong with MIUI's app killer

I'm on the latest radio guys, after a long bootup and a nerve racking activation. (no dial up) just let it run it will activate on it's own, so for what it's worth I can't say yet what difference it makes. One thing you notice right away is that the activation window is different, could be MIUI though, not sure.
Edit : Not the full version found in teamblackhat app, the radio only zip.

I'm downloading it now too thanks for takin the jump jedi.

So to close my previous post, is ot safe to say the amazon free app of the day Memory Booster is pointless if you're running MIUI?

IMO if your not having memory issues then its almost pointless to run that type of app. All that stuff is in Liberty Rom manager anyway. Apps like those do more damage than good IMO.

yep.. ..1.8.12 + 1.8.12 status bar mod + .13p radio = running good

it was indeed a bit nerve racking to wait for that .13p to finish flashing.. it just sits there for a few minutes.
but so far so good. will have to give it time to see how it does, but early indications are it's a keeper!

i if you were on a previous version < 1.8.12 and had the status bar mod flashed, you MUST flash it at the same time you flash 1.8.12 or else you will get FC's.. make sure you mount system when you do for each flash.

Dude! No way. What happened?

Like Forrest Gump said "it happens". Yet when I rebooted the first time it went directly to CWR and I figured well, I should just restore and when I went into the restore menu, only 1 existed, CM7 Build #28. Found that odd as I backup 3 times a week in MIUI plus Titanium nightly. Nothing in the MIUI folder. So I'm gone ponder this for a bit.

Just so we can cross reference. You went to Rom manager and selected Install Rom From SD Card. You navigated to ROOT OF SD CARD and selected the radio zip. Chose to erase delvik cache only and flashed away, right?
Oh, your miui backups are still or should still be there, my guess in another folder.

EDIT: I MADE AN ERROR HERE ALL FIXED.

Negative I flashed the package from the TBH app, not the media fire radio zip you posted. Therein lies my mistake. Even Home+Power doesn't bring up recovery, just the Red M loop. It's ok. An sbf back to froyo and a quick root and I'll be back to where I was once I get my MIUI backup in.

I see posts over at the other forum of people running into the same problem with the same solutions. I know my sig doesnt say it now but most know what it used to say, I'll install anything on my device to see if it works. This time, NOPE,lol lessons learned and patience gained. Ty to Jedi for that one

My bad I shouldve strictly mentioned it was the radio only zip I flashed. I'll edit that now..

Its alright man I jumped the gun, my thanks to you was for the lesson in patience, lol. If I had waited til your post a few later(and clicked the original androidforums link) woulda been alright. But as my whole weekend has gone I just sbf'd and realize now I chose the 596 sbf by mistake. Have both GB and Froyo in that folder, lol oh well. One more try....
