mms file size limit on sprint lg g3

I know the providers decide the limit. But I can't even send a screenshot of my gps, to show someone a location. I thought I had saw a setting to limit yourself, but I can't find it again. Is this possible, or am I thinking of another setting I saw in the phone? When I attach a picture it says ???kb/1024kb at the bottom of the message. Can this be changed?

Are you using the stock messaging app? I had some trouble like that also. I strictly use Google hangouts and I never have any problems sending messages both sms and mms I am able to send screenshots and really everything I want. Try that if you want and see if it works for you. I hope this helps you. Good luck!!!

Yes, I'm talking about stock. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try hangouts & see how it goes.
